The Virginia Art Education Association is a strong voice for the visual arts in Virginia.
Our mission is "To promote, support and advance visual arts education through professional development, leadership, research and service."
I am honored to have served this organization as the President for 4 years, Treasurer for 4 years and Past President as well.
It is a privilege to be a part of this organization.
I encourage you to become part of your state association - they do so much for art education and you should be involved as an art educator!
