My name is Roy J. Reynolds.
I am an arts integration coach and visual arts teacher for a high needs elementary school and adjunct faculty at Indiana University and Eastern Illinois University. Formerly an assistant professor at Central Michigan University, where I served in the Department of Fine Arts for Art Education, coordinated the Saturday Art School program and taught elementary and middle-level art methods and art experiences for elementary teachers.
I completed my doctorate at Indiana University, where my research is on teacher education and the curricular decision-making process, special populations, and the role the arts play in student learning. Twenty years in education and a decade and a half of teaching visual arts mostly in the high needs public schools have served to inform my current teaching and research.
Please enjoy my portfolio, and feel free to contact me with questions and comments.
