Student teaching was probably one of the best experiences of my life. It confirmed my desire to teach and strengthened my passion for educating and love for the students. I truly enjoyed coming up with original lesson plans and watching how they unfolded when they were put into action, making changes and improvements as needed. I was very proud of the results of my students' projects, and believe they performed to the best of their abilities. However, I think the most rewarding part of student teaching was the relationships made with the students, and watching them develop and grow through their art. The students truly stole my heart, and I feel very honored to have a small part in their creative development.
