Low Lighting Photography

In this project, beginning photography students created digital photographs using digital cameras and Adobe Photoshop on Apple computers. As a class, students learned the physics of light in order to take high-quality photographs in low lighting using their digital cameras followed by a lesson on how to enhance levels and color using Adobe Photoshop’s powerful interface. Afterward, students spent one week capturing photographs outside of class and bringing the photographs back to the classroom to edit the photographs for submission for grading.
