SVDC FTC Museum Palettes
To more fully familiarize yourself with each of the SVDC museums before our visits, download and use the attached FTC Museum Palettes to:
(a) gather important information about the museum’s form, theme, and context from the website,
(b) briefly note your initial findings as FTC insights, assessments and questions at the bottom of the page.
(c) bring a copy to the museum--knowing you can add more information based on your actual experience.
The use of the FTC Museum Palettes as preliminary "FUN homework" is designed to enhance your SummerVision DC adventure-- an opportunity to get engaged (not overwhelmed,) so for now, please start with the National Gallery of Art and explore the museums in the order of our visits. We will compare these preparatory notations (no need to completely fill out the sheet) with our individual and collective museum learning SVDC experiences. (Ideally, many of you will be willing to share your FTC Museum Palettes with our hosting museums, providing them with needed feedback. More on those logistics later.)
